Brand Strategy, Naming, Design and Testing. Open Water has been helpting to build brands since 2007. In that time we've put together a creative team with the ability to tackle any and every branding need including brand strategy, brand architecture, creation, testing, naming and identity design. We serve local, national and international clients with straightforward advice, meaningful insight and exceptional design and brand identity. We apply specialist expertise to our client’s problems to develop solutions that are not only effective and exceptional value but that inspire and engage their target audience. Design is at the centre of what we do, problem solving, refining and clarifying. Making sure that form and function work together to produce exceptional user experience and functionality. Our aim is not to become one of the UK's biggest agencies, but to be one if its most admired. This simple aim drives everything we do: the way we interact with our clients, the way we structure our processes, how we test our ideas with real world users, and even how we choose what brands we pursue to work with. To become admired, we want to work and collaborate with those brands that we ourselves admire. Show less

    • Creative Partner
      • Jan 2005 - Sep 2007

Partner in a start up directional, streetwear fashion brand fusing tailoring with graphic prints and a philosophical edge. The label gained strong positive media coverage in trade press, being selected as one to watch by Drapers Record and selected for the catwalk show at TBC, London and to show in Jakarta, Indonesia. The brand was stocked in multiple boutiques nationwide including Carnaby Street, Marble Arch and Edinburgh, whilst also working with Motorola on bespoke co-branded 'Hello Moto' garments designing and supplying 100s of items. As creative partner my responsibilities were broad from initial collection concepts, garment design and printed graphics, through to promotion, sales and managing manufacture and production of garments. Art directing photoshoots and negotiating and selling into boutiques. Show less

Starting as a junior designer at Creative Interpartners in Kensington, a small agency environment in which I had input and responsibility for all stages of the design process, working under the creative director. Extensive experience of art directing fashion shoots, design and production of printed items as well as website design and build. Continuing to work for smaller, quality agencies across London, my experience grew with clients including Marriot Hotels, Merchant Gormet, Premier Inn, O2, GSK, BT, producing both print and web based design.
