I have worked with Blake for many years and in a variety of organizations, both as a peer and as his manager. Blake has always been knowledgeable and eager to tackle any project. His people skills and instructional design skills are such that he was the go-to instructional designer on my team. When I left that organization, I asked him to follow me to my new organization. He would be an asset to any team looking for an energetic and capable instructional designer.
