  As the Northeast Lakeview College (NLC) Student Government Association (SGA) president, I represent the NLC student body. As the Primary Delegate to the Student District Council, I acted as the liaison between the NLC SGA and the Student District Council, creating and delivering bi-monthly presentations, which contained the NLC Student Government Association's action steps toward advancing the student voice and advancing the annual goals of the Student District Council. I also voted on decisions at the district level according to my constituency's feedback. For the 2022-2023 academic year, the vice president of the NLC SGA stepped into the Primary Delegate position, and I attended the Student District Council meetings as the student trustee. Show less

  At my previous institution of learning, I ran successfully for Treasurer due to my passion for representation and mathematics. When I originally came to Northeast Lakeview College, I offered to share my experience in the NLC SGA, seeking to get involved with the community on campus. During my term as NLC Treasurer, I compiled an annual budget projection and submitted the budget request forms for events.
