I managed the front desk and the gym. At the front desk, I answered phone calls with patients and doctor's offices, faxed necessary paperwork, and facilitated the PTs' work schedule as needed. Clinical Rotation

My third and final clinical rotation was for seven weeks at Summit Rehabilitation, an outpatient PT clinic in Lake Stevens, WA. I saw and treated various orthopedic conditions, including acute injuries and post-surgical repairs. I expanded my repertoire of manual techniques and therapeutic interventions with regular mentor time with my CI. By the end of the rotation, I was able to manage a full caseload expected of an entry-level PTA. My second clinical rotation was for six weeks at ManorCare - Salmon Creek, a SNF located in Vancouver, WA. I treated geriatric patients with various health conditions and co-morbidities, participated in multiple home safety assessments, and co-treated with OTs and COTAs. By the end of the clinical rotation, I was able to manage 90% of my CI's caseload. My second clinical rotation was for six weeks at ManorCare - Salmon Creek, a SNF located in Vancouver, WA. I saw and treated various orthopedic conditions, including acute injuries and post-surgical repairs. I also participated in providing an in-service on the various uses of TRX and GTS alongside my CI. Functional Anatomy Peer Mentor

As a peer mentor for the functional anatomy class, I worked directly under the graduate TA. Along with being present at every lab, I held open lab hours to answer the students' questions, test their knowledge, administer quizzes, and assist the graduate TA with anything else.
