      • Jan 2021 - Present

Currently working within a multidisciplinary and international team on various projects in education and research, dealing with social, economic and geopolitical aspects of energy at large.Three notable mentions:- Open Africa Power (2021 -2022 editions)Open Africa Power is an education venture initiated by Enel Foundation in 2018, in partnership with top academic institutions (Strathmore University, University of Cape Town, Politecnico di Torino, Politecnico di Milano, Bocconi University, Florence School of Regulation, Venice International University) whose ambition is to empower and retain African talent in a crucial sector like energy, of paramount importance to unlock Africa’s sustainable future. The program offers knowledge on all aspects of sustainable electricity production and distribution to the best and most motivated PhD, Master’s, and MBA students and alumni. The program also aims to create a networking platform for participants in order to maximize impact.I am deeply involved in the management of this program with a special focus on the Alumni community.- The Switch ReportThe Switch Report 2022 investigates the ongoing investment switch to renewables from fossil fuels. The report breaks down the switch by geographies and technologies, and also explores its geopolitical implications as the generation of renewable energy breaks the typical imports/exports paradigm of fossil fuels. I was part of the team that drafted it - in partnership with Financial Times - fDi.- Global Alliance for Sustainable EnergyThe Global Alliance is an independent organization open to all actors recognizing the urgency of tackling the climate emergency according to the ‘just transition’ principles and the need to promote and embed sustainability and social responsibility in the renewable energy industry, from suppliers to utilities, from NGOs to academia. I currently manage the Secretariat.
