Engagement Associate
-
Aug 2014 - Jun 2016
As Engagement Associate, I oversaw and ran many different programs, working with numerous student leaders and student organizations. Working at a huge school like Wisconsin, I was able to network with University organizations and successfully implement multiple collaborations. I also went on over 150 coffee dates with individual students to discuss who they are and what they are looking for at Hillel. I learned enormous about community engagement on campus and helped raise shabbat dinner attendance numbers by 40%. Working at UW Hillel was an amazing experience in leadership and professional development as I learned how to be a team member of a strong and powerful organization. General Responsibilities: • Intern and student organization supervision • Event Planning and Marketing • Student Engagement • Social Media Show less
