Sandra and I worked together at MUFG for many years on CSR and employee volunteer activities. I am responsible for CSR in all of our wholesale offices in the Americas (everything outside of our West coast retail footprint), based in New York. Along with her regular responsibilities, Sandra served as our local CSR point person for Atlanta and out of our approximately two dozen regions Sandra was one of the best at creating meaningful opportunities for community engagement for our employees. Thanks to her passion for community service coupled with her business acumen, she led multiple projects each year and supported others' service efforts for toy and food drives, an animal shelter, and a youth organization, among others. Sandra is good at building collaborations, is focused on results and outcomes, and is a pleasure to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Sandra for several years. Our banks were merging which could have been a stressful time but Sandra did a great job of bringing the two organizations together structurally and personally. Sandra is incredibly thorough in her work, exceptionally organized, and extremely competent in banking regulations. She always had the respect of her team and senior management. Even though we have not worked together in many years we have kept in touch and I still respect her opinion and recommend Sandra without hesitation.

How money works is a critical life skill for everyone. As part of the Development team, I perform financial reporting and analysis with a strong focus on data integrity. I also schedule meetings both internal and external, introducing people to the work we do here at JA and how they can help. I collaborate with all internal departments, making sure that we are all working together to meet our goals and to accomplish our mission: to inspire young people to succeed in a global economy.
