Jack is one of those people whose intrinsic drive motivates those around him. He attacks what's on his plate with a positive energy and smile that pulls the rest of team forward. Jack worked with me on the deprecation of a piece of SaaS software that was a combination of CRM, CMS, and business management and reporting software used by our network of coaches to run their businesses. Jack worked with the team from inception to delivery across two plus years of stakeholder management, scope negotiation, and countless rounds of user testing. Jack was the partner my engineering team needed to be successful. Not only was Jack a trusted partner for the engineering teams, he also established a deep rapport with the business stakeholders who ran the largest business unit at Beachbody. This relationship built trust with the business stakeholders that allowed his team the freedom to build, test, and iterate, in a way no other teams were allowed to do. The product Jack was responsible for had both a mobile and desktop experience, that he used user testing, UI/UX Whether it is day-to-day work, or pulling back and looking out at the horizon, Jack is strong product manager and he is continuing to mature his skills and approaches. Not many product managers can say they built software with 400,000 users of which 30% were highly engaged and active. Also, in addition to executing day-to-day, Jack is constantly seeking to grow and improve. To that end, he actively sought mentorship from channels beyond his own department, and worked with other coaching programs to apply what he was learning.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jack at SCE on an SAP GRC 10.0 project. Jack was instrumental in ensuring the solution successfully met the needs of the business. Even though we had tight timelines, Jack maintained a positive, can-do attitude throughout the project. A true team player, Jack was always looking for ways where he could help his fellow teammates. I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with Jack and would gladly work with him again.
