Working on a 10-week timeline to delivery, I drove the planning and securing of vendors for the F&B setup of the kitchen and key sponsorships in value of approximately SGD 400k with key brands such as Pernod Ricard, San Pellegrino, Nespresso as it's main suppliers for FMCG. My main focus was to drive communications and planning with the F&B team at Farimont and our headlining Chef to execution onsite. An intense, challenging and character-building project that saw the attractions' doors opening on the 11 December 2020 to the Media and Press in the midst of Phase 2 (Covid19) here in Singapore.
