Steven was my first reporting manager for 1.5 years upon joining Workato as a Business Intelligence Analyst right after graduation. As a PMP certified manager, I was able to strengthen my understanding of business engagement, transformation, and project management under his leadership. Steven was also extremely patient in guiding me while providing me with ample opportunities to grow. Additionally, he places plenty of trust in the capabilities of his team and values the opinions of every individual. Such an attribute is a commendable trait amongst managers. Given his strong understanding of business processes, he established the foundation for many existing Standard Operating Procedures today in Workato. His knowledge as a project manager has facilitated the progress of many projects to meet various milestones consistently while managing stakeholder expectations.
