      Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is a Navajo Nation owned family of subsidiaries that delivers IT, professional, and environmental services to government agencies and commercial firms. I was hired as Recruiting Process Manager to improve communication between recruiting and the various subsidiaries and departments of DDC. In addition, I performed full lifecycle recruiting from posting positions, sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates, scheduling interviews, to negotiating salary and writing offer letters. Major accomplishments include: • There was little communication on hiring statuses and needs with program managers and leadership. I developed strong working relationships and met weekly with hiring managers across the different programs to ascertain present and future hiring needs. I created and maintained spreadsheets to update all parties concerned on hiring needs for each subsidiary; reported weekly hiring metrics and addressed potential hiring shortfalls for individual programs. • The ATS had over 100 dated job postings and was incredibly underutilized. I researched and closed most of the job postings. I learned the new ATS; added communications and submittal notes, contract and start information, updated workflows and worker statuses, streamlined the FSO process, and made it more OFCCP compliant. • I hired over 300 candidates during my time at DDC.
