      With Intergamma I started as trainer on the IT department. Worked on several large projects doing the training for all storemanagement. In 2006 I developed e-learning to support a rollout of new soft- en hardware to all 350 stores. In 2008 I moved to the Education department doing more training in softskills. Also helped to develop and performed a training called "How to act on verbal agression". In 2009 we started developing our own Moodle academies which were launched in 2010.
