Recruited student-athletes from across the nation. Assembled, led and inspired teams to 14 NCAA Top Ten and 4 consecutive Final Four finishes, 2000-03. Coached 18 NCAA All-American student-athletes from 1990-2005, who have accumulated a total of 53 All-American awards. Two of these student-athletes have competed in the Olympic Games. Founder and first President of the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association, 1994-97. No such organization of sport coaches previously existed to govern and rank NCAA teams.
