Quite simply THE BEST

Kate Hugill

Michael was an instrumental asset in the on-the-ground running of a 6 month programme for Rolls-Royce, acting as one of our employed Event Managers in the UK. I found I could always rely on Michael's utmost professionalism and portrayal of such a high calibre client. Thank you Michael for your dedication, conscientiousness and support throughout a successful programme.

At Kairos Global, we work with our clients transparently, as a team, working towards the same goals: simplicity, consistency, engagement, waste reduction and return on investment. We know what our clients want at their events. What's more important, is what they wish to walk away with. From a state of the art, 30,000 sq ft facility on the South Coast of England, LEVEL build the best exhibition stands in the world. I knew they were great, but it was only when I was invited to their facility and gained insight into their technical challenges that I really understood the level of complexity that can be achieved. My responsibilities here at LEVEL are beautifully varied. Commercial development will involve a fresh approach to marketing our key services; exploring, opening and maximising existing and new revenue streams; working closely with all teams in the organisation to help us achieve a circular economy, a more economic approach to our events and yes; hiking around exhibition centres around the world. Delivering creative live events for the exhibition and experiential marketing industries. Responsible for Identity’s growth within the exhibitions industry and the development of a new business strategy for the organisation. During my time at Identity, I successfully increased their portfolio and scale of international exhibition installations, adding over 18 global locations to the map and their largest exhibition projects to date. Introducing a vertical market strategy on the rapidly growing iGaming industry, their footprint within this sector grew significantly year-on-year, proudly securing a World Exhibition Stand Award in the process.
