As Director of Strategic Sourcing for Albany Engineered Composites, I worked with Craig on several strategic initiatives. They included supplier development activities, configuration management software and processes and new product development activities specific to manufacturing applications. Craig and I previously worked for United Technologies, specifically Pratt & Whitney. We shared the same philosophy of process improvement, lean applications and metrics to measure success. Craig was able to use his leadership skills, expertise and experience to help a growing company forward on it's journey to becoming a world class aerospace manufacturing company. His vision and skills helped develop robust product development and proposal processes, and our customers told us they viewed his tools and techniques as a world class example to their other suppliers. His fresh approach was just what we needed. Craig worked tirelessly to advance the company and engineering goals and objectives. It was a pleasure to work with Craig and sincerely hope to have another opportunity to do so again.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig in 2007-08 when he was Chairman of MIT-Central Coast Forum. Craig's leadership and energy lead to increased sponsor dollars, richer program content for our events, and an organized marketing effort to increase awareness of the organization. Craig managed to do this volunteer job along with balancing his responsibilities as a consultant for several local start-up companies.
