Working as a Junior Estimator through a cadetship, where I create quotes based off remedial jobs given to me by an engineer. I plan, organise, and schedule meetings with both my work colleagues (to keep everyone informed and up to date), and with trade specific companies (to get specific quotes) to ensure the most efficient and effective outcome is achieved.

Learning the construction/remedial industry and how it works. This involves reading and interpreting reports from engineers about customer needs, and translating it into a fair and accurate price based off this report.

Customer Service Supervisor

Working as a part time supervisor, my role is to manage the customer service department in the absence of the service manager and assistant manager, and work as a team with the other service supervisors to allow the department to run as smoothly as possible. My further responsibilities included closing the store four days a week, counting the money in all the registers, and making sure all tasks were to be completed for the morning supervisor the following day.
