As a realtor who has always enjoyed cold calling & considers myself pretty good at this craft, I received training from Ravi and then took my game to a higher level...As an example: I listed a previously "terminated /expired" listing by simply speaking with the Seller a few times (1st as a cold call) and created trust between us; so, I just emailed the required documents without ever meeting him in person. The property was sold "subject to viewing" for 2.5 M and I'm looking forward to meeting the Seller later this month to collect the keys for the buyer's possession date.
