I worked with Bruna at Nubank, where she helped the Berlin office to recruit for the Data Platform Engineer role. Although Bruna has been disadvantaged, being less familiar with the European talent pool and the role itself was also a niche role, she has been relentlessly pushing forward, trying different angles, and eventually helping us recruit strong folks.
