Responsible for training junior Data Analytics team members and offshore team to perform daily tasks essential to creating client deliverables. Leverage tableau and excel capabilities to assess client target lists and analyze incoming physician level/aggregate data from suppliers. Maintain Internal Data Specifications to ensure supplier compliance with CMI’s validation process and lag times. Manage client provided target lists, applying scrubs/supplier match results and safeguarding personal identifiable information. Utilizing target lists for program execution, RFP files and outsourced list matching with our partner websites. Monitor program performance utilizing tools such as Proclivity, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SearchAds 360 and DoubleClick Campaign Manager. Able to join various data sources using SQL and Tableau to build sharp, insightful dashboards driving client optimizations. Work cross functionally with the Media, Business Insights, Product Development, and Programmatic teams to bring our clients profound insights, captivating reports and accurate data.Accomplishments:Created A/B testing statistical significance tool in Tableau for Business Insights and Market Research analysis of client data. Tool uses color to show statistical significance of data at the 95% and 99% confidence interval in comparison to a benchmark. Formulas can be adapted for a wide variety of metrics.Developed Tableau calculated fields to identify duplicate Physician Level Data in the database. This tool makes it easier and quicker to find and correct data issues for the client.Conceived of and constructed new Automated Pacing reports used across multiple CMI clients. Blending various data sources in Tableau allows us to measure expected and actual program performance against contractual goals.
