During my Time with CSFR I was one of the two Graphics coordinators. We worked together to create graphics and merchandise for several events that targeted different sectors of the Colorado Springs Community. These events ranged from fundraisers, to community building events and activities, to events for our partners. It was fantastic working with such a motivated and passionate team fighting against food injustice. During my Time with CSFR I was one of the two Graphics coordinators. In the time that I worked as a VRC assistant, our main goal was to adapt to rapid growing technology and expand our Colorado College Digital Image Database (CCDID), while reducing our tangible film slide collection. My tasks included filing images and their codes from our film slide collections and to determine which slides had deteriorated or were in poor condition and which were still good quality to scan into CCDID. Additionally, we scanned images into CCDID at the request of our art faculty so that they would have high quality images to show during their lectures. It is the VRC's goal to provide an extensive and impressive digital database where students and professors can access excellent visual aids to enhance projects and lectures. Show less

I worked as a part-time seasonal sales associate at Zadig for two seasons. Our store goals were higher than any other store location and we proudly achieved those goals through excellent customer service, teamwork, and individual drive to succeed. • Kid's Ski Pro
      • 2013 - 2015

During my first season at Ski Co I was a Kid's Ski Pro, working mostly with kids ages 7-17. Lessons ranged from 5-12 kids in size and from skill sets that varied from "never evers" to kids that had skied for some time. It was my job to create a general lesson plan that fit each one of my classes depending on their skill set. My task was not only to ensure that my kids learned technical skills and showed significant improvement by the end of the lesson, but also that they had a blast and felt proud of their achievements. As I entered my second and third season at Ski Co I had the opportunity to work in the private sector of the company. This means that I was working with individual families, where lessons would often include less that three people. I was working with not only kids, but adults as well. Here it was my job to provide a more personalized lesson where I could focus more intently on what each individual needed to improve and address them directly throughout the day. I loved seeing my students improve in just a day, and loved even more to see the excitement that they felt trying something new or returning to an old passion! Show less
