Piloted first ever allocation of 54EC Capital Gains Bonds for the Company from Ministry of Finance and raised of cheap capital to the extent of INR 200 Cr 5. Initiative taken for appointment of intermediaries for maiden IPO of the Company and draft RHP made ready within a record time of 4 months. 6.
