  East Hill Property Management was founded 6 years ago in Media and last year was bought out by our President Bill Huyler. Since taking over the property management company he has successfully started an HOA accounting firm and now has his eye on real estate. East Hill Real Estate is not just another real estate company. We are a unique brokerage that was created for Real Estate Professionals BY Real Estate Professionals. We have worked in many of the large national brokerages (Keller Williams, Long and Foster, REMAX, Coldwell Banker Preferred, and BHHS) and have experienced the difficulties of working with a corporate office that didn’t understand our local challenges. We have taken all of that “best of” experience and combined it with the flexibility that comes from a smaller, local company.
