It's a fast paced industry with opportunity, leads, appraisals and contracts being signed in less than 24 hours, so that suits my skillset of attention to detail, ability to listen, and ask the right questions to ascertain what the client needs. Knowing what their communication style is, ensures I match them up with the right Property Manager in our team, to ensure the on-going management is easy and harmonious for all parties including our tenants.
