Mo is an excellent team member and natural leader. When I started at JVC Northwest, Mo would check in with me to see how I was adjusting to the role and offer advice from their experience as a Program Coordinator. We were all working remotely at the time and Mo was really responsible for building our team morale and cohesion, which I think made our team more effective as well as making for an enjoyable work experience. They are a skilled facilitator and centre DEI in every conversation and project they take on. They are always looking for ways to engage people in DEI learning - and they develop creative and engaging tools to achieve this goal. Mo would be an incredible asset to any organisation.

Anyone would be lucky to have Mo on their team! I was a Program Manager for Global HR Strategy, focused on managing high-priority DE&I programs. Mo was the project manager for the DEI Education program, and it would not have been as successful without her ability to navigate ambiguity and drive work forward. Mo is very skilled at creating Smartsheets, spreadsheets, decks, etc to help organize information and provide clarity for decision making. She is an extremely agile learner and is very passionate about the DE&I landscape. Mo always shows up with a positive, team-first attitude, and a drive to problem solve. I am very grateful I got the opportunity to work with Mo - she is a wonderful coworker and an incredible human being!
