  I led the Startup Sauna team to take this European top startup accelerator to new levels. We grew the yearly number of applications to our programs to over 1100 in 2015, a ~37.5% increase compared to 2014, attracting 28 extraordinary startups to participate. We succeeded in driving higher engagement and enthusiasm in our pool of coaches, who are experienced serial entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts, achieving more meaningful program content and connections between them and the startups.To date (Jan 2016), the 173 Startup Sauna alumni have in total raised ~$90m of external funding and hired 241 new employees post-graduation. 10 of these startups have reached over $1m yearly revenues in 2015 and 33 of them have at least doubled (and at most 10x:ed) their yearly revenue from 2014. 5 companies have exited through mergers or acquisitions.For more information, visit http://startupsauna.com Show less
