Currently there are more than 400 internal and external e-Builder users. • Nearly all paper processes have been automated within e-Builder. • Provide all project financial and e-Builder training and refresher sessions as required internally and externally. • Presented on best practices and lessons learned at the National e-Builder Elevate conference, as well as multiple other local and regional meetings. • Prepare quarterly multi-departmental operational forecast budget reports. Review and prepare reports related to departmental budget variances. • Designed and update the project cashflow projection report quarterly. The report spans multiple fiscal years, averaging eighty active projects. The report is utilized by senior leadership to influence fiscal decisions for the entire organization. • Successfully developed and introduced new financial policies and procedures to the department allowing for improved management of project budgets. • New implemented policies and procedures reduced project cost overruns allowing for project savings to be reallocated to other organizational initiatives. • Negotiate and create all general contractor, architectural and engineering contracts utilizing the Architectural Institute of America (AIA) software. • Responsible for reviewing and approving all project expenditures, change orders and amendments, while ensuring all contractual terms are maintained.
