Workng with start-up companies in the early stages of growth funding, private equity portfolio companies and small/ mid-cap businesses I support the need for executive talent to aid growth or support turnaround. Working closely with my Business Advisory and Interim Management colleagues to support the firm’s clients through all stages of the growth and development cycle. In addition, I am responsible for developing operations across the Forster Chase Group that support service delivery to clients as well as corporate governance and the attraction and development of new partners.
