Lina took a chance and agreed to help me out in the legal department when we were short-staffed. I had heard great feedback about her from our accounting department, which she also supported for a time. Lina did not disappoint! I was greatly impressed with the amount of knowledge that Lina had picked up about our organization in such a short time. While assisting me, I found that she was a quick learner, took excellent notes, asked thoughtful questions, and anticipated needs before I even had to ask. Lina also values people's time, which in a busy department is invaluable. Often, she would accumulate her questions, then find time with me to run through everything. I think Lina would be most content in an organization that is willing to invest in her and develop her skills further. She has a good mind for looking at the bigger picture and an admirable work ethic. I can also not say enough about what a great sense of humor she has, and how much I genuinely enjoyed working with her.
