Therein, I drove transformational change utilising industry leading project management, analytical, business process re-engineering and change managment techniques. I led the delivery of key aspects of the strategic change portfolio, delivering results (on-time and within budget) as promised. The 40+ person department I managed led project and process prioritisation, design and execution related to the International Baccalaureate® organisations infrastructure, services and products. With Project Office teams in all Global Centres - The Hague (Netherlands), Singapore, Bethesda (Maryland, USA) and Cardiff (UK) – the Project Offices three functions (Solution Design/Business Analysis, Project Management & PMO) act as the Centre of Excellence for innovation, improvement and certainty of delivery. Reporting directly to CEO and therein, the executive body of the International Baccalaureate® we were the centre point for driving efficiency, capability and capacity improvements throughout the organisation.
