At Project Invent we get students inventing technology for social good. In my role as Director of Programs, I ensure the success of our current programs and build processes that scale as our impact increases. Read for Life is an organization in Northern Uganda that runs a Nursery Teachers Training College to train future teachers in leading methods of early childhood education. My role was to create adult learning experiences that were exciting, meaningful, and culturally relevant. I help design college classes on a variety of topics such as Special Needs Education, School Management, Art, Music, Physical Education, and Social and Emotional Development.
