  Coordinate all Information Systems for a privately owned home building company. I work for the home office in Tulsa, OK that owns 6 divisions in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas. We are a regional builder that has grown over the last few years of economic uncertainty. Rausch Coleman Homes is currently ranked the 32nd largest homebuilder in the United States and continues to grow in a downturned homebuilding economy. Auto-Send – Software component that allows a user to request customized regional status reports. The reports are received through email and based on the subject line report request. The report is created and sent back to the user in an attached PDF format. The auto-send module allows users to request reports using their I-pad and/or I-phone without accessing our internal systems. Home Source - Led development, design, and implementation of a customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for the company. “Home Source” is used to track clients and community traffic across all 6 operating divisions. The application is integrated with the company website and sends daily automated data transfers to a secure FTP site to update data. We are one of the few builders on the regional or national levels to maintain a CRM integrated product which feeds our website. Homebuilder Implementation – Led the research and the implementation for a homebuilder management system. I led the team to research and implement the Mark Systems Integrated Homebuilder Management System (IHMS).   Led a multi-disciplinary team to develop and create the CRM tracking application used by the company to store/retrieve customer data. The software prepares customized surveys which are imaged and assigned to the customer record for long-range tracking through an IBM Content Manager Imaging System. Application was incorporated into the corporate software systems and delivered the application data across multiple platforms. The data retrieval and verification processes were custom written and maintained. I also led several iniatives to link our internal systems with off-the-shelf home building applications to deliver a synergistic and centralized approach to the delivery of information technology within the company. I have worked with every department within a home building company including: legal, executive, accounting, construction, human resources, warranty and sales.   I was involved in the creation of the first program that allows high schools to get an Electronic Needs Analysis Report (ENAS) to verify elgibility for Federal Pell Grant funds developed by the US Department of Education. I also worked on testing the Federal Pell Grant application system using systematic and standardized testing methodologies to verify system compatibility to the US Government regulations related to the awarding of Pell Grant funds to college students. My development projects included CD audio and video production, laserdisc, and MS-DOS/Windows platform software. I led a 10-person development team which produced software for a wide range of US Government projects including National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Education (ED), and Department of Health and Human Services (DHSS).
