I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with Ben Craigo. 18 months ago Ben joined our fledgling innovation team at Novo Nordisk, and supported this team in fostering a new understanding, awareness, and embrace of data technology and its vital importance to the mission of solving problems for patients who experience Type II Diabetes - a devastating disease. Ben’s understanding of this space, and its application to driving disruptive innovation through the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry, was crucial to putting Novo Nordisk on the map of companies forging new paradigms of inventive thinking. Through Ben’s leadership, mentoring and strategy skills, this innovation team now has a solid data-strategy foundation to grow upon. Ben was the essential piece to making this a reality.

I was hired to turn around the analytics team and the underused analytics platform - the quality was bad, tools were barely used, data literacy was low and self-service was rare. And I was successful. The analytics team and platform became the core asset for $30 million in research/advisory revenue annually. Our platform became the system of record and seen as the gold standard. We became more agile and delivered new analytic solutions to clients 20 times faster. Self-service and better analytics took off - exploding from 35,000 pieces of analysis performed each year to over 240,000 annually.
