Stephanie is definitely on my short list of folks I would call to help on a tough project! We met while both attending the UW Nonprofit Management certification program. Together on a group project, Stephanie demonstrated her skills with data analysis, how to apply the right questions to the data set, her collaboration skills, and her focus on driving impact. The group created an inaugural annual fund plan for a small nonprofit where I volunteered. The plan is now being implemented by a part-time volunteer and bringing in funds. Stephanie had a direct impact on the quality of the plan, due to her meticulous and strategically focused data analysis. She has since reached out a few times to see how the plan was working for the nonprofit, always focused on driving success for her 'clients.'
