When I arrived on the scene at LGI, Rick Gaul and the Executive Team at LGI had already done the hard work. They had developed systems, infrastructure and training programs that we could just plug into. It was the basis for the company to be prepared for hyper-growth. Rick and the rest of the executive team lead us from a one property shop to multiple developments in multiple cities and states in just a couple of years.
