Chris is pleasure to work with, he is always willing to go out of his way to help those around him and is a valuable member of any team. He has a positive and humbling approach to his work and a solid understanding of production processes.

Having Chris in the office was always enjoyable. He developed excellent working relationships with authors, offshore vendors and internal staff both in and outside of his own department. He was always quick to offer help to any newer members of the team and proved to be a thorough and patient trainer. His hard-working and friendly nature played a big part in the motivation of the team through a very difficult period of time. I also admired the amount of enthusiasm and effort he put into projects - he proved to be an invaluable troubleshooter when it came to testing new processes. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Chris in the future.

As a Production Assistant (latterly Production Editor), I was involved in the processing of journal articles through to the final publication online. This required proofreading and sub-editing skills and an eye for xml coding. I was also charged with managing projects regarding articles held up by coding errors and involved in the elimination of a work process, designed to shorten an article’s time in production.
