I have worked both on front-line and in the Kitchen at Chick-fil-a. On my time as a front-line employee I had to learn to be a people person. Learning how to communicate with different types of people is a skill I use for the rest of my life. Having goof Customer Service skills is very important when working at Chick-fil-a. Working in the kitchen you have to be able to work as a team. Being able to communicate effectively is the only way the restaurant will be successful. Also working in the kitchen at a fast pace has taught me how to have good work ethic while on the job.
