Ingrid Verschoor

Katrien is an excellent (Senior) Team Manager. She motivates her colleagues and has quite creative ideas. She defends and promotes her ideas and those of her colleagues in a fair dialogue with her superiors. At the same time she explains the company's message to her Team Members in a clear statement. She's a warm and social personality. Any company not hiring Katrien is losing a gem- taking her in is a winner. To my opinion Katrien will excell her talents more with a topmiddle / senior job inside an organization. It was a pleasure working with Katrien!
