I've been working with Michał during Integration Project between Raiffeisen and Polbank. Michał was responsible for preparation and execution all system migration activities (Cutover Plan). Michał has really deep project management and technical skills. He is one of really rare examples of people who has extremely wide technical knowledge (core system - T24, middleware), ability to solve business and technical problems, and finally great project/program management skills. With such people as Michał I felt really confident during biggest Banking Migration in Poland :-)
