  Within this role at Print Solutions; I spend time with our customers and help them choose the correct high quality product(s) we offer for their needs/company, including trade finishing and local installation. I help our customers with their design work, either starting from scratch or with previous artwork - anything from Branding and NCR Pads to Stationery, Vehicle Graphics and Shop Fronts. I am an account holder for a few clients, working with them solely to achieve the best result for their printed products. I work with two main digital machines: Xeroex, which prints from small all the way to SRA3 size and a Roland Large Format which caters for larger prints and signage. I pre-flight all artwork to make sure it is in the correct format and print ready for each machine. I also help with the admin and general office roles, such as answering phones and emails, archiving and filing away jobs. I manage quotes and invoicing for customers once requested, I take on the responsibility of payments to and from the business. I send out general email reminders for customers regarding their previous jobs and stock levels. I liaise with staff on a day to day basis to make sure jobs are completed in the time frame.
