I was allocated the re-development and fit out of the property with a set budget. It was delivered on schedule and under budget. Responsibilities included conducting site visits and meetings, updating proformas, making cost reports and budgeting material costs. Closed construction 627 Palm Drive and 270 North Carolwood Drive.
