      Marlborough has been running funds for 30 years and the expertise and experience of their team have established them as a leader in the world of active management. Marlborough have multiple propositions and needed to bring their Salesforce Sales Cloud instance up to date to ensure visibility across the whole group, to increase adoption and to more closely align Sales and Marketing. I worked to upgrade the Salesforce instance to Lightning, define and implement a new sales process utilised across the group and ran an an RFP for a new Marketing Automation platform which is currently being implemented.       Parmenion is a is a rapidly growing, award winning technology and investments solutions business. It integrates three core disciplines, discretionary investment management, platform services and intuitive technology. Parmenion is wholly owned by Standard Life Aberdeen PLC. Working within distribution to deliver key systems across sales, marketing and client services. I implemented a marketing automation platform (Act On) to assist in the alignment of sales and marketing. This included creating a process for the full Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle including behavioural targeting, nurture campaigns and opportunity management. I administered the Salesforce platform utilising both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. During my time at Parmenion I pushed several successful initiatives to help the service desk deliver excellent customer service to our clients. This includes a publicly available Knowledge base delivered via Salesforce Communities. I managed the implementation of a Live Chat solution which significantly reduced in real terms calls to the service desk. I also reviewed and implemented Co-browsing decreasing the time to resolution of cases by allowing agent to view advisers screens and signpost them on how to use the system. I enhanced the Parmenion Salesforce instance with data from various 3rd parties using data loader and hence removing previous manual tasks. I put forward a business case for and evaluated the options to implement a full contact center management solution with true omni channel routing. I am security conscious having implemented both multi factor authentication and SSO in our Salesforce instance. I reveled in spotting opportunities to make the business go faster using technology as the driver. During my time at Parmenion AUM grew from £1.2bn to over £6bn and I took pride in the fact that in adviser voted awards we were the top overall platform and the leader in service to advisers.
