Jeannette Schmaler-Ripcke
Iliriana was my son's first piano teacher. When he started to play he was six. As everyone knows, learning piano means hard work and persistence. Despite of that and despite of the many other interests of my son, he had always fun in piano playing and was able to play very sounding pieces after only one year with Iliriana as piano teacher. We regret her move to Munich very much and thank her for that successful and inspiring piano year.

I had the pleasure having Iliriana as my piano teacher for the last 2 years. Obviously, I do not need to talk about her piano skills, they are simply outstanding in my understanding of music. I rather would like to reflect her as a teacher. Age wise I'm not the youngest, but a beginner at the Piano. So I need to assume that I was not her easiest student for Iliriana. However, she impressed me with her friendliness, patience and empathy for my specific situation, that helped me to continuously improve my piano play. It is easy to learn in good days, it is much harder to practice in troubled days. In those situations I was always motivated by the complete passion and the endless dedication Iliriana has for the music and the piano. Some talent for music, willingness to practice and having Iliriana as teacher will end in a great piano player. I hope Iliriana has the chance to pass her skills and passion to many more students. I wish her all the best for the future.
