I had the pleasure of working with Chandler at Vuforia Work Instructions, when he was an engineer and later product owner for the team working on Capture and Vantage head-mounted display applications. As an engineer on the Magic Leap applications, I found Chandler super approachable, excellent at technical troubleshooting and fun to work with. I was thrilled when I eventually learned he had accepted a new role as our product owner around the time we transitioned to working on HoloLens 2 applications. Chandler ran our daily stand-ups and was excellent at keeping engineers, designers and product people connected and in sync. He had a particularly great thing going with our product manager — the two them were able to strategically drive design to work on different problems based on a roadmap informed by the voice of the customer, while aggressively working to build out engineering capabilities to support these features in parallel. Consequently we able to release the HoloLens apps sooner than anticipated. I miss working with Chandler, and hope our paths cross again one day.

Chandler is an outstanding leader and was a critical piece of the founding team of a company-wide employee resource group for Asian employees at PTC. As the Chair of the ERG, I worked closely with Chandler as he led the Culture & Community Committee, which over the course of the past year put on several successful company-wide gatherings that served to promote the culture and connectedness of our employees. One event in particular that he helped drive was the 2019 Lunar New Year celebration at PTC's new HQ in Boston. Chandler's positive and charismatic attitude was instrumental in driving team consensus in event planning, bringing together logistics on the day-of, and stepping up for the team in his MCing of the event in front of hundreds of excited employees. I am always encouraged and motivated when Chandler is in the room because of his desire to grow himself professionally and bring others along. He has a talent for smoothly moving people and projects forward and I am grateful to have worked alongside him. He would be an invaluable asset to any team he joins.
