For the past year I have had the great opportunity to work with Dustin. We hired Dustin to manage an expansion region comprised with a number of existing employees, some of who wanted his role, a challenging scenario no doubt. Dustin handled the situation with great composure and instilled immediate confidence in his team with his knowledge and process. What really impresses me with Dustin, is his ability to manage each person on his team with the right touch. Those who succeed with a hands off approach, Dustin was there as a coach and mentor. Those who require more regular oversight and direction, Dustin was there to regularly the behavior and manage. He leads by example, has a great work ethic, and is always willing to roll up his sleeves to get the job done. Dustin managed to take a new region and turn it into a top region in under a year, a task that would not have been possible without his leadership.
