Orla joined 510 when it was about one year old and rapidly growing. She developed 510s clear and recognizable brand through a methodological cross-channel approach, and made sure it was adapted uniformly in the 510 team. Through Orla’s compelling visual and creative way of working, she translated what 510 was doing into understandable content to multiple audiences. Orla provided critical strategic insights as part of the coordination team. In parallel, Orla started from scratch a strategic product & Human centered design process to streamline 510s product development. Orla inspired and recruited a team of professional volunteers, interns, MSc researchers, and consultants to increase the HCD & SPD clout within 510. Building human-centred design capacities for the multiple agile teams working on 121/ Cash IM / CPDW/ IBF and ADA. On top of all this, Orla has a relentless work ethic, is highly driven, and fun to work with!
