Arica joined VOA based on a recommendation from a former colleague and I immediately knew Arica would be a great fit with our marketing department. Arica adjusted quickly to our working environment. She had a great way of interacting with co-workers, adjusting to the demanding deadlines and various marketing tasks, and she always had a smile on her face. She did what was asked of her and never complained. Arica is always dedicated to her work and she does everything possible to achieve her goals. She remains focused and works hard to strive for the best. She was a great co-worker and any company is lucky to have her be a part of their team.

Arica was a great asset to our project team for numerous projects at F.H. Paschen. She was very organized and always looking for ways to be more efficient in her day to day tasks. Her positive outlook at work reflected in her work and others around her as she was always willing to assist with additional work duties not tied to her job description. She was also very quick to learn and master new software for certified payroll which had been implemented by several owners in the City of Chicago. For this program she was also able to field questions from other employees and over thirty subcontractors and assist them in learning and utilizing the new program. I highly recommend Arica, she was a pleasure to have as a co-worker.
