If they want clergy, then connect them with clergy. If they want flowers, then order flowers. If they need limos, then get limos. If they need motorcycle escorts, then arrange it for them. - Attention to detail: the Funeral Director makes it happen that on the day of the service, the family members, the casketed loved one, the BTP, the clergy, the limousines, and the flowers all show up to the same location at the same time. - Spend that first quiet moment alone with the family as they view Mom or Dad for the last time. - Supervise the funeral or Celebration of Life.
