Shane is an effective and professional WFM Consultant. With my time working with him in numerous Workforce Management projects at Calabrio, he demonstrated not only his deep knowledge on WFM and leadership, but also his teamwork ethic. He has a way of connecting with the customers he is working with, speaking their language and addressing any of their questions. He goes above and beyond the job requirements to make sure that the customer is satisfied throughout the entire implementation process and that all their needs are met. He has excellent communication skills and has been able to work directly with the Engineering and Project Management teams. Shane manages to remain calm and keep his composure during chaos and conflict, maintaining his confidence in finding recommendations and solutions that brought back customer satisfaction and steering the project back on track. I strongly recommend Shane as a highly effective WFM Consultant that everyone can learn a lot from and I hope our paths cross again to work together in the future.
