I am Co-Founder and Director of 300 North, working with businesses in the Facilities Management, Property & Infrastructure market to recruit the teams they need to drive their business forward. I'm passionate about working with clients to help derive measurable value from their recruitment strategy, reduce recruitment costs and improve results. Our aim is to provide an exceptional recruitment experience whether we're helping to find you a new career or assisting our clients in sourcing new talent for their business. I am responsible for overseeing our marketing & brand activity, working with our CEO Paul Connolly to set overall business strategy and managing ESG at 300 North.
