Kamal is a real data expert. I've had the pleasure of working with him since January 2019 on projects involving Power BI. He is fast and efficient when working with the data, and his work has provided us with really valuable insights. I've been particularly struck by how he goes above and beyond my expectations, developing formulas in Power BI so we can make full use of the data, and talking us through what that data means in real terms. Kamal makes a great asset to any team wanting high-quality data insights.

I had the privilege of interacting with Kamal when he was the Plant Head at Rexam HTW. He had taken our services to deliver Maxpro ( a Time and Personal Productivity Workshop) for his team. What struck me most was his deep understanding of the training needs of his team. He was aware of each and every team member’s strengths and weakness. He spent time to have me understand the culture and working ethos of his team. It was rare to find a Team Leader with such sensitivity and commitment. I also found Kamal to be very disciplined and process oriented. Working with him was a seamless and joyful experience. There is something special in the way he treats you.
